About Holy Cross Services
Holy Cross Services Ltd. was founded in 1889 by the Sisters of Mercy. Our organization has since expanded and now comprises of our cleaning sector, Holy Cross Cleaning (est. 2018).
Our Mission is to support people with disability and the disadvantaged by providing employment and training opportunities in line with our core values of Dignity, Respect, Integrity and Compassion. We are one of the country’s leading examples of a fully integrated workplace something of which we are incredibly proud.
We are a registered NDIS service provider and employment services we offer included; supported employment (NDIS participants), open employment (SWS) and school work experience opportunities for students from local special schools. We also work with disability service providers and training organisations to provide work experience for adults, and we are a host employer for the work for the dole program.
People’s with disabilities receive on the job training and support tailored to their individual goals and needs which enables them to achieve their personal growth and development.

We provide a complete range of commercial cleaning solutions for commercial enterprises, including medical, respite and Aged Care facilities, Those who wish to join our expert team of cleaning professionals are required to perform all cleaning tasks from essential cleaning maintenance to sanitisation, inclusive of treatment rooms and specialised facilities. Holy Cross is a registered service provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, (NDIS), and in line with our Mission, we have employment opportunities for people with disability across all business divisions working a fully integrated work environment.
